Introduction

Work Flow
The copper wire recycling process integrates mechanical shredding, magnetic separation, and density – based sorting to efficiently recover copper from waste wires. It begins with shredder using a 20mm bottom screen to break wires into large fragments, followed by primary crushing with a 8-10mm screen via a belt – conveyed transfer. During this belt conveyance, a suspended magnetic separator eliminates ferrous impurities. The materials then undergo secondary crushing with a 3 – 4mm screen, after which pneumatic conveying transports them to a distributing screw that evenly diverts the flow. Two consecutive density separators leverage material density differences to separate copper from other substances. Finally, a magnetic separator at the copper outlet removes any residual ferrous contaminants, ensuring high – purity copper recovery. This streamlined process maximizes copper recycling efficiency through systematic size reduction and impurity removal. (The above describes the working process of the KR800 copper wire machine. The working principles of the other two models are similar to those of the KR800, but simplified.)
